Gerald Duff

Gerald Duff’s work has appeared in Ploughshares, Kenyon Review, Southwest Review, Sewanee Review, The Nation, Missouri Review, and other magazines. His most recent book is a collection of short stories, Fire Ants (2007), the title story of which won the Cohen Award from Ploughshares for the best work of fiction published in the magazine in that year. He has published six novels and two collections of poems. His memoir Home Truths is under contract with TCU Press for publication in 2011, and his piece "Claiming Kin" is a chapter from Home Truths.
