Richard Downing

Richard Downing has won the Nuclear Age Peace Foundation’s Barbara Mandigo Kelly Peace Poetry Award, Writecorner Press’s Editor’s Award, New Delta Review’s Matt Clark Prize, and New Woman’s Grand Prize for Fiction. He has stories and poems in numerous journals and anthologies. His two chapbooks are Four Steps Off the Path (YellowJacket Press) and My God. He co-founded Save Our Naturecoast and lives with Sandra and his dog, Annie, in a still unspoiled part of Florida.
