ROCHELLE SPENCER’S fiction and nonfiction appears in the African American Review, Poets and Writers, the New York Times, Cake Train, Calyx, So to Speak, the Greenwood Encyclopedia of Hip Hop Literature, and other places. Rochelle has received fellowships from the Vermont Studio Center and the Woodstock Byrdcliffe Guild, and she was a semi-finalist in Paramount Picture’s Chesterfield Film Writers Project.
