Ben Miller is the author of River Bend Chronicle: The Junkification of a Boyhood Idyll Amid the Curious Glory of Urban Iowa. His writing has appeared in Best American Essays and Best American Experimental Writing. Most recently, he was named a finalist for the 2021 PEN/Bellwether Prize for Socially Engaged Fiction.
