Beth Richards

BETH RICHARDS is a northwest Florida native who now lives in Connecticut, where she directs the first- and second-year writing programs at the University of Hartford. She graduated in January 2014 from the Solstice MFA in Creative Writing program, with an emphasis in creative nonfiction. Her essay “The Fishing Story” received Fourth Genre’s Editor’s Prize, and essays are forthcoming in Fourth Genre (winter 2015) and the Crooked Letter I anthology, Coming Out in the South (New South Books, 2015).
