Diana Tokaji

Diana Tokaji is the author of Six Women in a Cell, winner of the 2021 Best Indie Book Award Nonfiction, and SURVIVING ASSAULT – Words that Rock & Quiet & Tell the Truth, finalist in the 2021 Next Directions Indie Book Contest. She received the Sonia Sanchez-Langston Hughes Poetry Award in 2020, and has published in Bellevue Literary Review, Tiferet, Author, The New Guard (2019 finalist), parenting rags, and feminist presses. Forthcoming are her collections: Book of Essays Before I Die, and SPOKE: Poems of Squid, Cellmates & Love. Diana is a Certified Yoga Therapist specializing in acute trauma care.
