Joanne Carota

Joanne Carota graduated from The Solstice Low-Residency MFA in Creative Writing Program at Pine Manor College. She teaches writing at UMass Lowell (2008-present) and also holds an MA in Writing and Literature from Rivier College. Her published work includes feature articles as a stringer for: The Chelmsford Independent, Andover Townsman, Middlesex Beat, and Merrimack Journal; creative non-fiction for Pink Panther Magazine; fiction in The Subtopian, and collaborative novel 2113. She is now adding the finishing touches to her debut novel.
