Kristen Paulson-Nguyen edits the Writing Life column for Hippocampus Magazine. Her work is forthcoming in the Publish Her anthology Better Together: A Collection of Essays on Women Gathering and The Keepthings. Her writing has appeared in the Boston Globe, where she was a columnist; New York Times; Creative Nonfiction; and Flyway — Journal of Writing & Environment. Solstice published “Liza in 17 Fragments,” an essay, in its Winter 2022 print issue. Kristen has spoken at the Boston Book Festival, HippoCamp, Gotham Writers Workshop and More to the Story. Through her Title Doctor service, she has titled more than a dozen books, and a contest-winning essay. Kristen is a writing instructor at GrubStreet and a graduate student at Lesley University.
