Mary Quade

Mary Quade is the author of the poetry collections Guide to Native Beasts (Cleveland State University Poetry Center) and Local Extinctions (Gold Wake Press). Her poetry and essays have appeared recently in the anthologies From Curlers to Chainsaws: Women and Their Machines (Michigan State), Creating Nonfiction: Twenty Essays and Interviews with the Writers (SUNY), and New Poetry from the Midwest 2014 (New American). She is an associate professor of English at Hiram College, where she teaches creative writing.
