Tramaine Suubi was born in Kampala and speaks four languages. They earned a B.A. in Philosophy and French, and they are currently an M.F.A. candidate at the Iowa Writers’ Workshop. Their poems were most recently published in Prompt Press. They were a contributor at the Tin House Summer Workshop and their art is represented by CAA. Tramaine is utterly in love with all things water.
