Wendy Tong

Wendy Tong (she/hers) is an Asian-American medical student and emerging writer, focusing on nonfiction and poetry about clinical encounters. Her work has appeared in Intima: A Journal of Narrative Medicine, The Examined Life Journal, and JAMA Oncology. She will be graduating from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons this spring. Fishy is her first short fiction (and non-medicine-related!) piece to be published.
