Franny Zhang

Franny Zhang is a fiction writer in Boston. She handles various communications for MIT and has previously worked for Beacon Press. In addition to her own short stories, she is currently writing a libretto based on several Chekhov stories for Guerilla Opera. She has read at KBG Bar’s Lit Journal Reading Series in NYC, held residencies at Art Farm and Mise-En Place, and her short fiction has appeared in The West 21st Review. Her background also includes an MFA from Columbia University and a BA in Psychobiology from Swarthmore College.
