Jacqui Higgins-Dailey is a student in the MFA program at the University of New Orleans and is published in Midway Journal, Harpur Palate, NPR, the ALA’s Office for Intellectual Freedom, and The Journal of Intellectual Freedom and Privacy. She is residential faculty at Glendale Community College in Arizona.
