Sandi Johnson

Sandi Johnson is a Liberian-born writer who moved to the United States in her teens. She holds a BA and MA in English, Creative Writing from Mount Mary University. She has worked as an English professor for 12 years in Texas where she lives with her husband and kids. Her published works include “Little Kate’s Shoe” (poem) in Sounds of this House with National Book Foundation, “Smoke Break” (poem) with Solstice Literary Magazine, and “Waiting” (short story) and “A Good-bye after a Hello” (poem) with Swirl Literary Arts Journal.
